The American Series top rail has a sculpted profile that works with modern and traditional architecture. This top rail only design removes the bottom rail to improve views while keeping the section strong and secure.

Yes. Designed to meet International Residential Code at 36 and 42 inches and International Building Code at 42 inches when installed correctly.
