- Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.

- Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
Order information
- Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and fulfillment partners for shipping purposes.
- Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
Lead & Quote information
- Purpose of collection: to respond to your quote request, prepare and provide your quote, contact you about your project, and — when in line with applicable law — provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Source of collection: collected from you through our quote request form or other inquiries. Because our forms save entries as they are typed, we may receive information you enter even if you do not complete or submit the form, and we may use that information to follow up with you about your quote.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with the service providers that host our forms and customer relationship tools, and with advertising platforms as described in "Behavioral Advertising" below.
- Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number, company, and project details you provide.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.
How We Contact You
If you provide your phone number or email address — including through our quote request form or at checkout — you agree that INSO Supply may contact you about your quote, your order, and your project by phone, text message, and email. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
