Continuous Top Rail for Deckorators Cable Railing
A continuous top rail runs the full length of a railing run instead of stopping and restarting at every post, so the top line of the deck carries straight across. The Deckorators Continuous Top Rail Kit gives an ALX Contemporary cable railing run that uninterrupted look, and it also works as a third rail above other Deckorators railing built on 2-1/2" aluminum posts.

Posts, cables, cable brackets, line ends, and corner brackets are sold separately. The rail mounts on Continuous Top Rail Brackets, which replace the post caps on 2-1/2" ALX Contemporary posts and come in corner, center, end, and stair versions.

The rail is aluminum with a powder-coated finish, and Deckorators aluminum railing components are evaluated by Intertek for code compliance. It carries a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects, or a 10-year limited warranty in salt water applications. An annual wash with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth is all the upkeep it needs.
