1. Program description

INSO Supply, Inc. ("INSO Supply," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging program (the "Program") that sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages — including quote updates, order information, product news, and promotional offers — to mobile phone numbers that opt in. The Program is operated for U.S. recipients only.

2. How you opt in

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form, or by otherwise opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from INSO Supply at the number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are a U.S. resident.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. INSO Supply does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier's standard rates apply. Check with your carrier for details on your plan.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also revoke your consent by any other reasonable method, including by emailing us at orders@insosupply.com. We honor opt-out and revocation requests within 10 business days.

6. Help (HELP)

7. Delivery and carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Your privacy

We do not sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in (consent) information, and we do not share them with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes. We otherwise handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we use contact information you give us, including for our own advertising.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify or cancel the Program or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
